  9. What is it?
  10.  
  11.     Haracz is a program which  analyzes  Miami  logs  (those  are  the
  12. files, in which Miami keeps an info about the time of  connecting  and
  13. disconnecting from the net).  Haracz  analyzes  the  data,  gives  the
  14. number of connections, the whole length, the number of units  and,  of
  15. course, gives the amount of cash we own to our  phone-company.  Haracz
  16. has got special online window, which automatically detects  connection
  17. and shown length of  and  fee  for  current  connection  (and  several
  18. others). At the beginning Haracz was wrote to calculate fee for  users
  19. of Polish provider TPSA, but now programme has got many  configuration
  20. options and can handle most of providers which use units to  calculate
  21. fee.
